What is Body Balance?

Body Balance is the process of relearning the most basic components of all movements, which are built on what I call Universal Movements. Universal Movements are the simplest elements that make up all motion. These moves include standing, bending, sitting, turning, lying or walking as well as the transitions in between. Universal Movements are the foundation to the more complex moves you would make on a golf course or in a bowling alley. In more developed countries, people have lost the understanding of the Universal Movements. Body Balance brings back this lost knowledge.
