What is "Wogging"
It is the combination of a walk and jog. The focus is on the technique of both to increase your skill of walking as well as your fitness level. Many walkers would like to get "more" out of their workout time, and this is the perfect way of doing it. You don't have to become a runner to get many of the benefits of running. This allows the best of both worlds, and YOU decide how much of each works for you!
The McCall Method focuses on the fundamentals of walking and jogging. Starting with simple skills, one will learn quality movements, thereby improving performance and eliminating injuries. Basically, we learn to walk like kids again. Once walkers regain these fundamental movement principles, they will find that walking shifts to a much higher level. This allows jogging to come naturally.
"Through Lisa Ann's Body Balance Techniques I have found that my back pain is gone and my body transformed. I have always longed for longer, leaner legs, stronger abs, a pretty back, and just the feeling of being comfortable in my body. With wogging I now combine my walking and running to get the best of both worlds. At 42, I finally feel like I've learned to exercise and move the way I was designed."

"With wogging and the Body Balance Principles, I have really noticed a difference in loosening up my stiff shoulders and back. I am able to get my heart rate higher than with normal walking, and since I am not a long distance runner, this is a great compromise."
